This post is a response to the many requests at West Bristol Arts Trail this weekend (12/13 October 2024) to see my pottery shed. It was so lovely to welcome so many people into my home and share all the creativity that happens on my street. My neighbours Heidi and Ian used my front room to show and sell their amazing glass work. It was such fun to do it together and they were kind enough to feed me over the weekend as my house was full of ceramics and glass. THANK YOU HEIDI AND IAN.
I bought this pendant off them, isn't it beautiful?
If you would like to buy one of their pendants or see more of their jewellery and glass art, please email Heidi on handi.glass@outlook.com
Meanwhile in the back room, I covered my dining room table, piano and every other surface with ceramics. Lots of people loved the small blue bud vases, so I will be making plenty more of those, also martini cups and some more ideas that I've got cooking.

Many people wanted to have a look at my pottery shed however as I had filled it with all the stuff that usually lives in my house it wasn't possible. So instead here's a little video tour of what the shed looks like right now, all empty and ready to be filled up with more pots. Please excuse the small clatter moment when I sent a pot of tools flying. It really is a tiny shed so this happens almost daily.
Hope you enjoy the video tour. If you have any questions about what you see, please leave them in the comments and I will do my best to answer them.
